The war room fell hard for Kaytron Allen, and it showed at the 65th overall pick: 42 picks ahead of a board that had other ideas.

Neal falling to them is the kind of break a good board is built to catch. They will regret leaving tight end for another day if the season turns on it. Job largely done: offensive lineman settled and 7 of 8 of the wish list covered.

The hoard sets up next April more than it helps this September.

Good work on the whole, with tight end the one box left unchecked.
