They finally answered the question that shadows every other one. Caleb Williams is the Bears' quarterback, full stop. Just about everything broke right, and the A- follows.

Reaching for Gore Jr. left real value on the table behind him. Every deal seemed to tilt their way, which is not luck.

That edge rusher hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall.
