Harvey should have been long gone. The Browns pounced, and earned a C.

The board owed the Browns one, and it paid up: RJ Harvey, the No. 163 name on the board, sitting there at the 255th pick like a gift left on the doorstep.

The trades bled value they could not afford to lose. A whole weekend of picks and tight end is somehow still a want. The future picks help the war chest more than the win-now roster.

They came away with juice, if not much beef up front.

Hit on Ashton Jeanty and the swing picks, and this ages a lot better than it grades today.
