You build a draft on nights like this. Jahdae Barron had no business being available in the 215th pick, and the Chargers did the only sane thing and turned in the card. No fireworks, but a solid B+.

That quarterback hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. Edge rusher was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job. Nearly every premium pick went to that side of the ball.

Solid rather than spectacular, and there is nothing wrong with that.

You do not let an edge rusher like Ashton Gillotte reach slot 86 and blink. They did not. A must-fix position, and they treated it like one.
