The Cowboys got the worse of every deal, and it shows in the D.

The tape said wait; the Cowboys did not. Taylen Green went at the 150th pick, a good 35 picks before the board was ready. A weekend that fought the value and lost, hence the D.

They lost the exchange badly enough to drag the whole class down. The Fitzgerald pick reads as want over need, and the roster will feel it at tight end. For all the activity, tight end went untouched, which is hard to explain.

The Banks value carries more weight than any single miss elsewhere.

In short, the board sent warnings, and they will be hoping it was wrong.
