Jones should have been long gone. The Steelers pounced, and earned a B+. You build a draft on nights like this. Sheridan Jones had no business being available in pick No. 242, and the Steelers did the only sane thing and turned in the card. It nets out to a B+, which feels about right.
They won the margins on every swap, and it adds up fast. Spending an early pick on offensive lineman with safety, running back and other spots open is the decision the grade keeps circling back to.
A whole weekend of picks and safety is somehow still a want.
