No fireworks, just a tidy B for the Steelers.

The curious call sets the tone. With running back and tight end still glaring, the Steelers used No. 61 on Sedrick Van Pran, an offensive lineman they were not exactly short of.

However the rest shakes out, Anthony at that price is a win they earned. For all the activity, running back went untouched, which is hard to explain. If Van Pran pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about.

Quarterback is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

Good work on the whole, with running back the one box left unchecked.
