There is reaching, and then there is Hunter Nourzad at the 132nd overall pick. The Steelers jumped the board by 27 and dared it to prove them wrong. Good, not great, and the B+ says as much.

A whole weekend of picks and quarterback is somehow still a want. With quarterback, running back and other spots unsolved, spending premium capital on offensive lineman is the choice that costs them. On value alone, Eichenberg makes the weekend a net positive.

The roster is better shaped than it was, with interior defensive lineman chief among the fixes.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the quarterback spot they never got to.
