The steal of the weekend belongs to the Steelers and Thornton Jr.: B+.

Call it larceny. Dont'e Thornton Jr. sat on the board until the 223rd pick, and the Steelers did not need to be asked twice. Call it a sensible B+, earned the boring way.

The phones were where this weekend was really won. Leaving safety unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.

They left with quarterback solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

Good work on the whole, with safety the one box left unchecked.
