Every so often the board makes a mistake, and the Steelers were there to profit. Chau Smith-Wade, the No. 127 name on the board, should have been long gone before No. 195.

If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through quarterback. The Steelers indulged a want in Fisher while a need in quarterback, safety and other spots stayed open.

Every board in the league had Powers-Johnson lower, and that gap is the story. Interior defensive lineman was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.

Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.
