A franchise passer in Nix headlines a B weekend for the Broncos.

Start where it matters. The Broncos took Bo Nix to run the offense for the next decade, and every other decision this weekend bends around that one. Good, not great, and the B says as much.

The Jackson steal is the beam this whole class leans on. The dealing alone would carry a lesser class. They will regret leaving linebacker for another day if the season turns on it.

They will need Nix to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it.

Bottom line, more hits than misses and a roster nudged the right way.
