When a board-topper like Myles Harden slides to No. 246, you do not overthink it, and the Steelers did not. A dependable weekend that grades out a B-.

That quarterback hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. With quarterback, safety and other spots unsolved, spending premium capital on offensive lineman is the choice that costs them. The cost of the Nugent reach is exactly the players who went right after him.

Job largely done: interior defensive lineman settled and 4 of 9 of the wish list covered.

In short, they left a little better than they arrived, which is the whole idea.
