For all the boxes ticked, the Texans skipped the loudest one: edge rusher is exactly as bare as it was. More right than wrong, and a B to match.

The Golden pick alone nudges the whole weekend up a notch. Grant has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced. Job largely done: running back settled and 5 of 8 of the wish list covered.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but edge rusher.
