Somebody took the Panthers to the cleaners. The deals they made bled real value, and the whole class wears it. It grades a D-, and the process earned it.

They banked enough surplus on Fannin Jr. to cover a lot of smaller sins. Leaving edge rusher unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.
