The phones sank the Bills this weekend: D-.

The phones were a trap the Bills kept walking into, shipping out surplus on nearly every deal. It grades a D-, and the process earned it.

For all the activity, linebacker went untouched, which is hard to explain. Landing Thomas that late papers over a lot of smaller sins.

Offensive lineman is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it. The Josh Johnson deal gives the class an established piece to lean on.

Bottom line, they will need several of these picks to beat their grades just to break even, and linebacker is still a hole.
