Draft Grade — Bills
Overall F
ValueB NeedB TradesF FutureD-
A costly weekend of dealing drags the Bills to a F.

Every swap seemed to tilt away from the Bills, and the value they bled adds up to real damage.

The linebacker hole is the one line item this class does not answer. They are betting the present roster is worth a lighter draft next spring.

About as rough as a weekend gets on paper, with linebacker still staring back at them.

Pick Analysis
Pick4 Rnd1 Malik Nabers
In the 4th pick they get a go-to option on the outside at fair value. Exactly the need they had to hit.
Pick36 Rnd2 Brian Thomas Jr.
Brian Thomas Jr. at pick 36 is money in the bank, a wide receiver taken below his worth. The one spot they could not leave alone, and did not.
Pick50 Rnd2 Keon Coleman
Good price on Keon Coleman in the 50th overall pick, a hair ahead of his grade with no real quibbles. They walked in needing this and walked out with it.
Pick53 Rnd2 Xavier Worthy
Xavier Worthy at No. 53 is right where the board had him, plain and simple. A glaring weakness, addressed head on.
Pick150 Rnd5 Ainias Smith
Ainias Smith slid further than he should have, and pick No. 150 is lovely value for the wide receiver. A must-fix position, and they treated it like one.
Pick239 Rnd7 Tayvion Robinson
Tayvion Robinson at Round 7, Pick 19 nudges the ledger their way without any fuss. Better still, it is exactly the hole they had to fill.
