No fireworks, just a tidy B for the Bills.

You can fall in love with a player. You are not supposed to marry him in the wrong round. The Bills did exactly that with Evan Anderson in Round 7, Pick 28. It does the job without flash, and the B reflects it.

They punted on quarterback, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. The dealing nudged the ledger their way without much fuss.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the quarterback spot they never got to.
