The Bills spent the weekend waiting on one name, and it fell: Mitchell Evans, the No. 144 name on the board, in the Round 6 slot. It nets out to a B, which feels about right.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped edge rusher, which is a strange place to end up. If Hairston pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about. Job largely done: linebacker settled and 7 of 9 of the wish list covered.

A tidy weekend of work that should hold up just fine.
