A costly weekend of dealing drags the Bills to a B-.

The Bills lost the trade war and it was not close, handing partners the better end again and again. Good, not great, and the B- says as much.

The linebacker spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. Getting Walker where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class. The Restrepo pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over.

The roster is better shaped than it was, with offensive lineman chief among the fixes.

A competent weekend that does not make headlines and does not need to.
