Boards are made to be trusted, and the Bills shredded theirs for Jowon Briggs. He came off 64 spots early, and the room will hear about it. Nothing here to lose sleep over; call it a B-.

That Goncalves pick is the receipt they will wave around later. If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through safety.

Linebacker is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

A competent weekend that does not make headlines and does not need to.
