Grand theft in the 208th overall pick: the Bills steal Mullings and grade out a B.

Every so often the board makes a mistake, and the Bills were there to profit. Kalel Mullings, the No. 114 name on the board, should have been long gone before pick 208.

The safety spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. The roster is better shaped than it was, with linebacker chief among the fixes. Value over need was the throughline, for better and worse.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but safety.
