That interior defensive lineman hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. That Fairchild pick is the receipt they will wave around later.

Job largely done: edge rusher settled and 6 of 8 of the wish list covered. Almost all the early capital went to that side of the ball.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but interior defensive lineman.
