The war room fell hard for Xavier Truss, and it showed at Round 7, Pick 33: 47 picks ahead of a board that had other ideas. No fireworks, but a solid B.

The trade ledger is the best part of the whole weekend. Morrison at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster.

Adding Tre'Davious White by trade rounds out the weekend beyond the rookies. Job largely done: offensive lineman settled and 8 of 8 of the wish list covered.

Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.
