A costly weekend of dealing drags the Bills to a D-.

The war room fell hard for Joe Milton III, and it showed at the 163rd overall pick: 37 picks ahead of a board that had other ideas. The process wobbled, and the D- is where it lands.

The trade table is where this weekend went wrong. The tight end hole is the one line item this class does not answer. That Guerendo pick is the receipt they will wave around later.

It is a win-now wager, and the future is the stake.

Add it up and it is a weekend the front office will hope everyone forgets, tight end very much included.
