The Bills lost the trade war and it was not close, handing partners the better end again and again. The math is unkind, and the D- follows.

Spending an early pick on cornerback with quarterback, running back and other spots open is the decision the grade keeps circling back to. The cost of the Lee reach is exactly the players who went right after him.

For all the activity, quarterback went untouched, which is hard to explain.

Add it up and it is a weekend the front office will hope everyone forgets, quarterback very much included.
