The Bears found their guy under center in Nix: A-.

The Bears spent the pick that matters most on Bo Nix, and a roster that has been waiting on a passer can start to take shape. A near-flawless weekend of work, and a A- to cap it.

They will need Bortolini to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. That Tracy Jr. pick is the receipt they will wave around later. The trade ledger is the best part of the whole weekend.

That interior defensive lineman hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall.

Add it up and few war rooms did better this weekend, Bo Nix and all.
