The DeMonte Capehart selection is the head-turner. The Buccaneers reached 80 spots for him, and it will define how this weekend is remembered. A mixed bag that lands at C+.

For all the activity, tight end went untouched, which is hard to explain. Interior defensive lineman is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it.
