The cost of the Wilson reach is exactly the players who went right after him. Shedeur Sanders gives the offense a face and a plan, and the grade leans heavily on whether he hits. The trades bled value they could not afford to lose.

The Cowboys indulged a want in Stewart while a need in interior defensive lineman stayed open. They will regret leaving interior defensive lineman for another day if the season turns on it.
