Milton III should have been long gone. The Steelers pounced, and earned a B-.

The board owed the Steelers one, and it paid up: Joe Milton III, the No. 164 name on the board, sitting there at slot 198 like a gift left on the doorstep. No fireworks, but a solid B-.

The Powers-Johnson pick is fine in a vacuum, less so with edge rusher, running back and other spots still on the board. Every board in the league had Hart lower, and that gap is the story.

If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through edge rusher.
