You can hear the double-takes from here. The Jets took Gino Garcia at slot 207, roughly 91 spots before his name belonged. No fireworks, but a solid B-.

If one pick saves this weekend, it is Porter. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped quarterback, which is a strange place to end up. A small leak at the table, if not a fatal one.

The hoard sets up next April more than it helps this September.

Solid rather than spectacular, and there is nothing wrong with that.
