Wallace should have been long gone. The Packers pounced, and earned a B.

You build a draft on nights like this. Trevin Wallace had no business being available in the Round 7 slot, and the Packers did the only sane thing and turned in the card.

A whole weekend of picks and tight end is somehow still a want. Every board in the league had Allen lower, and that gap is the story.

The dealing tilted against them, just enough to notice. Stockpiling next year's capital is patient, if unglamorous, asset work.

Good work on the whole, with tight end the one box left unchecked.
