The rest of the league will want that one back. BJ Mayes tumbling to the Bears in the 225th pick is a gift they did not have to think twice about.

The whole projection now runs through Caleb Williams; hit there and everything else looks smarter. Randolph Jr. has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced.

The phones were where this weekend was really won. They punted on interior defensive lineman, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest.

Bottom line, they left the weekend a clearly better team, and they earned every bit of it.
