The Bears finally solved quarterback, and it carried them to a C.

The search is over. The Bears handed the keys to Caleb Williams, and the whole operation now runs on his development.

That is a linebacker worth more than the slot they spent on him, plainly. The dealing is the wound this class cannot quite close.

Spending an early pick on safety with interior defensive lineman open is the decision the grade keeps circling back to. For all the activity, interior defensive lineman went untouched, which is hard to explain.

So much rides on Caleb Williams that the real verdict is a season or two away.
