The Cowboys fleeced the room on the phones and earned a B. When the story of this class is written, it opens with Terrance Ferguson at slot 172, a reach of 106 spots that the board flatly disagrees with.
The phones were where this weekend was really won. However the rest shakes out, Johnson at that price is a win they earned.
It is not that Jackson is a bad player; it is that the Cowboys had louder needs to answer first. That cornerback hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall.
Good work on the whole, with cornerback the one box left unchecked.
