The jury is out on the Cowboys. For now, C+. The Omari Thomas pick is the one that will follow the Cowboys into the fall. They took him 145 spots ahead of his grade, and the board is not shy about saying so.
Henderson falling to them is the kind of break a good board is built to catch. They will answer for taking edge rusher early while cornerback and quarterback went begging. Leaving cornerback unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.
It nets out as a middle-of-the-pack haul that neither helps nor hurts much.
