Somebody in pick 234 was going to get robbed, and it turned out to be the rest of the league. The Broncos sat still while Jordan Whittington, the No. 207 name on the board, slid all the way to them, then sprinted to the podium.

If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through linebacker. With linebacker, tight end and other spots unsolved, spending premium capital on defensive back is the choice that costs them.

Interior defensive lineman was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job. Nearly every premium pick went to that side of the ball.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but linebacker.
