Quarterback settled, Daniels in the fold, and a B for the Cardinals. The one hole that towered over the rest is filled. The Cardinals spent their marquee pick on Jayden Daniels, and for the first time in a while there is a real answer at quarterback.
Leaving wide receiver unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. However the rest shakes out, Fautanu at that price is a win they earned.
On the needs board they went 2 of 8, with quarterback the one that mattered most. The offense got the lion's share of the attention.
A competent weekend that does not make headlines and does not need to.
