The steal of the weekend belongs to the Bengals and Mondon Jr.: B+.

This is the pick they will still be bragging about in July: Smael Mondon Jr., the No. 110 name on the board, stolen at No. 195. They moved the roster forward and banked a B+ for it.

A whole weekend of picks and cornerback is somehow still a want. McLaughlin has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced.

The trade work was a quiet net positive. Almost all the early capital went to that side of the ball.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the cornerback spot they never got to.
