The Miles Frazier selection is the head-turner. The Bengals reached 48 spots for him, and it will define how this weekend is remembered. Nothing here to lose sleep over; call it a B.

Landing Pierce that late papers over a lot of smaller sins. It is not that Ezeiruaku is a bad player; it is that the Bengals had louder needs to answer first.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped cornerback, which is a strange place to end up. On the needs board they went 3 of 8, with interior defensive lineman the one that mattered most.
