Somewhere a scout is still blinking. The Bengals spent Round 5, Pick 37 on Oronde Gadsden II, a name the board had a full 29 spots lower.

On value alone, Hart makes the weekend a net positive. Leaving linebacker unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.
