The Hayden Hatten selection is the head-turner. The Bengals reached 73 spots for him, and it will define how this weekend is remembered. Good, not great, and the B- says as much.

Simpson falling to them is the kind of break a good board is built to catch. The linebacker hole is the one line item this class does not answer.

Spending an early pick on edge rusher with linebacker and quarterback open is the decision the grade keeps circling back to.

Good work on the whole, with linebacker the one box left unchecked.
