The Bengals worked the phones like thieves and earned a B+.

They will call it conviction in the building and a reach everywhere else: Hayden Hatten, 59 picks early at pick 254.

The phones were where this weekend was really won. Leaving tight end unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. The Bengals indulged a want in Stover while a need in tight end and quarterback stayed open.

The Legette steal is the beam this whole class leans on.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but tight end.
