Call it larceny. T.J. Tampa sat on the board until pick No. 80, and the Bengals did not need to be asked twice. No fireworks, but a solid B-.

The Sinnott reach is the anchor dragging on the value grade. The interior defensive lineman hole is the one line item this class does not answer.

Not a headline-grabber, but a perfectly good weekend's work.
