The phones were a trap the Bengals kept walking into, shipping out surplus on nearly every deal. Put together, it is a D.

For all the activity, linebacker went untouched, which is hard to explain. Reaching for Keegan left real value on the table behind him. The Allen value carries more weight than any single miss elsewhere.

They left with cornerback solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

Add it up and it is a weekend the front office will hope everyone forgets, linebacker very much included.
