The 49ers did not reach, did not trade up, did not blink. They just waited, and James Williams fell into Round 6, Pick 1.

The trade ledger is the best part of the whole weekend. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped running back, which is a strange place to end up.

It is a haul that will look even better come September.
