The steal of the weekend belongs to the Broncos and Skattebo: A-.

This is the pick they will still be bragging about in July: Cam Skattebo, the No. 105 name on the board, stolen at slot 201. Little to argue with here, and the A- says so.

Every deal seemed to tilt their way, which is not luck. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped interior defensive lineman, which is a strange place to end up.

The Chase Claypool deal gives the class an established piece to lean on. The roster is better shaped than it was, with linebacker chief among the fixes.

In the end it comes back to Tyler Warren, and a haul good enough to build on right away.
