Somebody took the Bears to the cleaners. The deals they made bled real value, and the whole class wears it. It grades a D-, and the process earned it.

So much rides on Caleb Williams that the rest of the class almost grades on a curve behind him. The Abrams-Draine reach is the anchor dragging on the value grade.

Adding Trey Smith by trade rounds out the weekend beyond the rookies. The Cooper pick alone nudges the whole weekend up a notch.

In the end, a class the front office will want to grow past quickly.
