The steal of the weekend belongs to the Bears and Starks: B+.

If you want a masterclass in dealing, watch the Bears, who turned every swap into a profit this weekend. They moved the roster forward and banked a B+ for it.

The Starks steal is the beam this whole class leans on. Leaving quarterback unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. If Burch pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about.

Solid rather than spectacular, and there is nothing wrong with that.
