After circling the position for what felt like forever, the Bears committed. J.J. McCarthy is the quarterback now, and the roster gets built to his timeline. The sum of the weekend is a deserved A.

On value alone, Devonshire makes the weekend a net positive. The phones were where this weekend was really won. A whole weekend of picks and edge rusher is somehow still a want.

In the end it comes back to J.J. McCarthy, and a haul good enough to build on right away.
