The Isaiah Williams selection is the head-turner. The Bears reached 42 spots for him, and it will define how this weekend is remembered.

The trade ledger is the best part of the whole weekend. Coleman at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster.

The running back spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. The Johnson pick is fine in a vacuum, less so with running back, cornerback and other spots still on the board.

In the end it comes back to Jackson Powers-Johnson, and a haul good enough to build on right away.
